Saturday Sept 30th 2023 2 HOT RADIO ATLANTA

This past Saturday I had great pleasure & honor to work with 2 hot radio for their hip hop showcase / awards show that they host for independent artists. The show took place in Atlanta, GA. It was a awesome opportunity & fabulous turn out as they had about 150 artists show up from around the country with 3 rooms for all to perform & showcase their talent as others got to vote on them. I have to say there was some amazing energy as well as great talent in those rooms. It was also a way for artist to connect, & network to open doors for more opportunities... That's what it's about... helping 1 another evolve & rise. Here's 2 interviews that I was able to chop it up with these artists, & you can also watch my youtube channel for some more new upcoming artists on the rise. HipHop has been part of my life, all my life so this was a great opening door. I def wanna give a shout our to @princesswiththereal for being an amazing powerful woman as well. She is great at what she does & it was a pleasure meeting her & look forward to working with her at the next event..

Traditions st Petersburg Florida

 Traditions is a school of herbal medicine in St Petersburg Florida.

Mr Bob Lordes is the owner & herbal specialist & Ms Tracy Penoke (owner of Blue Raven Collective) hosts her drum circle & full moon markets at this location twice a month.   It is so very spiritual, soooo full of power & the energy is simply amazing to say the least. I got together with Bob for a interview of exactly what goes on there.  I got so much information in such a short Lil time.  He does a herb walk & tells all about each wild grown plant on the grounds & how it helps the human body.  Bob is so very knowledgeable about everything there & he also grows his own herbs & plants at the facility.  This footage is very RAW & uncut as I was having a few difficulties with my editing process but I wanted to get this info out for those of you interested in living a better, more natural & healthier lifestyle.

Friday nite Magik ✨️

 Tonight I had the great pleasure to meet with a few really creative independent artists over Tampa. We chilled at flohio radio,  chatted it up over a podcast & just did our thang,  no script just pure raw content.  It was great energy between us all & also got to hear some new upcoming artists new musik 🎵🎶 we talked about musik but we also chatted about some other important topics.  

Genolexis, funkghost & I... They are both independent REAL hip hop artists from the Tampa Bay area.  I actually met them both a few weeks ago while at the crowbar when they were doing a tribute to Shock G (May he be resting well in paradise while folks still continue to acknowledge him, the person he was & his great talents & also what he brought to the game)

The luv for musik from all of us brings something entertaining for others to be inspired by.  We met up at the studio & just rocked out & kicked it.  Had a fabulous time & laughed a bunch as well.

I had the great pleasure & was honored to give "B Boy Dolo" a interview in Tampa for hiphop Sunday.  I give him credit cause it's such a awesome way to come out,  build, unite, & give back to the community.  

Your age doesn't matter,  young or old.  This is about the culture of hip hop.  Breaking started out in the park back in the dayz, & that's how he keeps it today.  So that's so dope! You can come out on a Sunday (that's every other, so check his socials for the info) from 3:30-5pm & catch either some graffiti artists,  djs, emcees, dancers,  even the kids just having some fun but just a way to build with one another while getting their workout on,  keeping in shape, mentally, physically, peacefully. Also you'll always network,  share knowledge & different resources for all to succeed.  Even meet new ppl that may just be part of your tribe that you just didn't know yet. 

It's alot of fun & I applaud him & his lovely wife for all they do for others.  That's what makes shit so special too. Cause that's what we're all here to do.  #doforothers!!! #weareallone

 I never knew how to edit but I am recently teaching myself.  I have a bunch of footage to get out of some interviews with some amazing people.  Showing off their crafts & their creative works.  I want the world to see their gifts & I am here to make it happen.

Awesome weekend (Sunday) hip hop Sundays

 Hip hop Sundays been starting out in the 813 (Tampa) with 5th element Zulu Nation presenting *813 just like we did it back in the day, Dolo is keepin it Ole school just the same.  He puts this together for the community.  Doesn't matter old or young,  big or small,  if you can break dance & wanna kick it & network wit a tribe wit the vibe.  You should check it out.  They have been doing this for years.  It's what they do, it's what they love.  Def helps the mind,  body,  soul,  & spirit.  It never went out of style,  it just wasn't the "common" or "trending " thing like it was back in the 80s. I must say they all still "GOT IT" I personally get great pleasure cause it brings me back to my young teen years (yes the 80s) so def keep a look out for those breakin (dancing)  interviews I will be putting out. 

Awesome weekend (Saturday)

 It was a very solitude kinda day, after a spiritual Friday night,  Saturday feels like a hang over,  just a energy hang over tho lol 😂 

I stayed with myself & worked on me also got my schedule worked out,  so that felt good as I'm taking my steps in the right direction but how the universe is aligning me with all of it.  

The way its been working out is how I am gonna keep it for now,  unless things change then I will make changes accordingly.  

Schedule is THIS: 

SUNDAY: HIP HOP SUNDAY (musik,   artists,  breakin, producers, etc etc)

THURSDAY: INDY ARTIST (any genre,  open mic,  spoken word,  acoustic, poetry, etc etc etc)

FRIDAY: SPIRITUAL (any form of arts,  creative works) 

That's what I have for now,  will add as I move along.

The creator & founder of Fabulous I AM. since I have many hats,  this will be my umbrella company. Everything else will be....   "presented by " 

I started this journey some years ago with the concept of using this platform to write & promote independent women who were in business for themselves. 

My  intentions were to reach & teach so many other women so they too could be inspired to do amazing things in their life also to help others. 

 I designed this so we could come together & connect to create, network, motivate, be inspirational & inspire others, sharing knowledge, or resources unknown to someone else.

In that time I was also hosting some women empowerment groups & all was going well.  🙄🤪 yeah lol that's what I "thought"

BUT... I guess                                    "MY GOD"                                        "MY HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS"         "MY 3rd eye"                                    "my subconscious mind"          (where the pineal gland sits)"

I am guessing I didn't pass the tests I was given,  so I just wasn't ready yet,  so I had to go through a whole lot more bullshit to be ready. & I mean A WHOLE LOT MORE!!! 

So I tapped out for a while, buttt OMG alot has happened & changed so yaey!!! I am back to do what I love 😍  but 1st imma take y'all back for a minute... and share a brief Lil story that changed my life! 

I had a very intense & very extreme experience, I don't kno if I wanna call it an epiphany? awakening? Downloads? Or what? This happened back in 2012 in July on Friday the 13th! 

I couldn't tell you which would be the correct word to enlighten you about my experience.  The intensity of whatever it is you wanna call it... All I remember is, it caused me to go home,  stay in my room for a weekend, not want to talk to anyone, all I did was sit & cry because I didn't kno what to make of it,  It wouldn't leave my mind.  Not 1 bit of it & not for even 1 minute of time.  It just kept replaying over & over on repeat & you damn right! I wanted to kno what every detail meant!!! This has never happened to me, I know I touched my 3rd eye though 🤗☀️

Everything I saw then is coming in my life now!!! But to get all the details you will have to read my book when it comes out,  working on that also. 💪

CROWBAR 50 years of hip hop

 WOW! just wow I am so happy I went to check out the crowbar this thursday night where they were not only celebrating 50 years of HIP HOP but they were also paying tribute to a legend 

"the 1 N only SHOCK G" another brother in the hip hop culture we lost way too early, but he has made his name known around the world through his musik & the compassionate person he was. His beautiful sister was there to accept a plaque they had given to her which I'm sure was very special to her as everyone showed their love & respect in remembrance to her brother. 

I was able to film a few amazing artists performing that night as I also got to sit with them to get a little info on them, where they perform & where you can find them. You can check those interviews here...

  July 14th 2023 

This was a great experience for me I had the pleasure of interviewing some FABULOUS women at this feminine ascension market in St Petersburg Florida. The host & coordinator Tracy Penokie holds these events & puts them together once a month to female collective entrepreneurs. These events are awesome, there was a female DJ spinnin some musik that was absolutely amazing & totally fir the energy of the event. The vendors are all some creative artists who create their own crafts to either sell them online or to attend street markets as such to sell their products. The entire event is full of humans who want to do better for humanity filled with peace love & happiness. There is a guy who was actually writing on the ground with street chalk....LOVE. It was a great time as I also had the pleasure of learning of each one of these women, how they got into their craft, and also about their amazing products. Everyone is in tune with each other because we all share the same understanding THAT WE ARE ALL 1.

 Welcome to my blog I would like to start by saying thank you for taking the time out of your day & busy schedule to give my stories a read.  Greatly appreciated. 

I came up with Fabulous I AM quite a few years ago, I also came up with the acronym for Fabulous as :

(Once you get a clear understanding of WHO you are,  the possibilities are limitless) 

Alot has happened in this past years that I do not wish to dwell on, but here we are today,  I am here to speak on it.  There was so much more of life's issues I had to go through in order to be able to be where I am today.  I am here & i know my purpose,  which is to guide the way to enlighten others & inspire them to live their best life ever.  

I have always been a multi talented creator with plenty of value to offer you & the marketplace. I just wasn't ready yet. Now I am finally ready to take that leap, breaking out of my comfort zone & also break my fears  (fears = false evidence appears real) so I can do what I was put on this earth to do.

There's no such thing as a coincidence & there's also time & place for everything....

Story time:  

This year has been a year so far with all the full moons & the shifts in the universe.  I can only speak on my own self because that is all it only is.... 1 being = SELF. 

It seems as more & more people are beginning to wake up & realize their state of consciousness, which is a great thing.  I actually had a kundalini awakening on (Friday July 13th 2012)(the day my life changed forever) (this past Thursday was my 11 year anniversary) the number 11 is a very significant number to me also.  At the time of this major event happening in my life,  I couldn't explain it. All I knew was I touched my 3rd eye,  but this was something sooo extreme, I couldn't put into words.  I just know the downloads were so powerful & very overwhelming.  

For me to share this experience with anyone they all just thought I was crazy or on some hallucinogenic drugs, THIS WAS SO REAL & UNLIKE ANYTHING I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE.  This has stayed on my mind for all these years because it was so drastic.  1 of the major things in it was for me to get outta there.  To leave Jersey & go start over elsewhere.  So I did,  I mean really,  how can I NOT listen when God was speaking directly to me... ?  I was also shown all my dreams would come true & all my businesses would come alive at the same time,  only thing,  I had to leave there. I came to Florida. 

Now fast forward.... 11 years later.  I ended up meeting up with my twin flame 🔥.  (Will speak on that in another story)

So with all that's going on in the universe, that happens... what that does for those of you who don't know... it will enlighten you to go on your own journey of your spiritual awakening. OMG something else unlike anything else I've ever experienced in my life.  All for good of course. It causes you to look deep inside yourself & heal all your past traumas, hurts, pains,  of your past.  All so you can embrace your new life.  I cannot go into a new positive life living with all those past traumas unhealed. This awakening has been going on for about the last 3 months. It has taught me to love myself unconditionally.

Soooo we all kno life isn't always easy peazy… & it Damn sure doesn't make it any better growing up with cruel kids or ones that bully!!!  

Or anyone who stains your brain to think other than who God created YOU to be!  & to know who YOU ARE,  #fabulousIAM 🙏❤💯

But sometimes it takes alot of shit to go through to figure that out.

So I kno I kinda recently posted a meme or something & I quoted " I've said my peace so I'm good " when in all actually nooo I haven't!!! Soooo I'm not 💯 good yet… sure I've asked for forgiveness from the lord, but I never took the time out to apologize 

to anyone I was ever mean to, or well ahhhgggg,  yea that I may have bullied 🥺😪 

I don't even like the damn word,  it kills my inner being knowing that I was once (kinda) considered that word.  (I kno it wasn't looked at as bad as it is NOW) but still,  omg when I see anything of such it angers me to full extent on how can anyone be soooo cruel! 

I ended up being a bully to bully the bullies! I never made fun of anyone who was either handicap or mentally challenged,  that I kno for sure cause I damn sure wasn't wit it.  (Yea maybe few jokes wit the friends type shit I remember) not saying it was right in just saying!

I do very well remember defending the less fortunate more than being a trouble maker, I really wasn't bad,  I was just young n misguided which caused me to make very bad or stupid choices. 

The brain is so crazy how it can remember something so specific but then not remember other "what seemed more important at the time things or issues" 

I 100% remember this specifically! I always wondered what happened to her, where is she in life today? 🤔 

While living in Brick we had to take the big yellow bus to school until you were old enough to drive yourself.  

There was this gal (I won't mention any names) if any of you took the bus from mallard point to brick high n was on the bus with me back in the dayz maybe someone will remember this as well n reach out privately.  (since we all share different memories) anyways I was 1 of the "so called" kool kids (which in all actuality,  ahhhggg there were times I wish I didn't walk the path I have, cause kool doesn't really get you as far as a " not so kool" kid lol,  but I was 1 to do what I wanted anyways, I always sat in the back of the bus. There was this gal,  little petite lil thang, she lived right down the street from the Red Lion, right by her house was her stop.  We all knew her family wasn't well off n ya alot less fortunate than others.  The folks on the bus used to pick on her, throw things in her hair,  spit spit balls at her, u kno abusive kids shit.  she wasn't really good with her hygiene & her hair was not really taken care of or washed enough so she had dandruff & the flakes would be all over her shoulders,  so they made fun of her for that! 

She got completely torn apart each day cause she didn't match THEIR standards! 1st off who in the phuckkkk are you? 

I was NOT havin it!  I told her I'm gonna sit wit you & let 1 of these mother phuckers say 1 word to you while I'm here… I will handle it! 

Obviously I knew they wouldn't. 

That was the whole point,  just let them see me talking to you & they ain't gonna pick on you anymore gal friend. Cause now they kno they have to deal wit me & they didn't want to do that!  I would sit with her on the bus n talk to her, I started writing her notes n she would write me back n pass them to each other in the hallway between classes, JUST SO PPL COULD SEE HER GIVING IT TO ME,  SO SHE WOULDN'T HAVE TO BE HARASSED FOR SIMPLY GOING TO SCHOOL.  I JUST DIDN'T WANT THEM BOTHERING HER ANYMORE.  SUICIDE IS REAL! N WE NEVER KNO WHAT ANYONE ELSE IS GOING THROUGH OR LIVING WITH IN THEIR HOUSEHOLD! 

YOU DON'T PICK ON PPL WHO ARE WEAKER THAN YOU OR DON'T HAVE THE COURAGE TO STAND UP TO YOU TO PROTECT THEMSELVES. 

We as humans have no right to judge any damn body else… we have to worry about our own self & our own dirty stinkin yards. 

This is all facts 💯 

& the facts that remain the same..

We're all getting older & I'm really starting to realize how quickly our time to ascend is getting closer n closer by the day, shitttt these dayz are moving too damn fast eyhe 😳.   I can assure you I'm definitely not looking to go anywhere anytime soon butttt the fact is none of us do kno when it's our time or when our # gets called. If we did, how differently we would live & that goes for all of us.   

Anyways I do want to say my peace with anyone / everyone before my time comes cause I ain't trying to go meet my father like this… I need to apologize to many!!!

I mean this with the most sincerity from the depths of my inner being, from the bottom of my heart & my loving soul.  ❤🙏💯

Omg I am so soooo soooo freaking sorry to anyone who ever felt any type of uncomfortability, any type of displacement or (bullied in ANY way from anything I ever said or did as a kid during our childhood and/or school years.  

There's no excuse for it besides,  

We were young kids & I was acting out being rebellious cause I had feelings of hurt n pain in my heart. 

I was going through a whole mess of dysfunctions and displacements in my life fighting myself and my own damn demons.  I didn't know how to deal wit it so I guess it was easier to hurt others to not endure my own pain. 

To all of you… I seriously cannot express the love I have for you.  I choose you as my friend, or my acquaintance, either way our energies connected for you to be a part of my life. I appreciate you, at some point in time we experienced sharing this thing called life together ❤. I thank you for being my friends 😊

J.O.B.S. (just over broke shit) & if you use that word or any other words speaking of yourself about being in lack of well then my friend,  please do not complain about it because that's all you will get!) More to complain about. 

Those are the facts. I had to learn over much time, training,  & practice to reboot my brain from being a negative thinker / complainer (pretty much without even realizing it).  It was just what I knew from being around it soooo much) to being positive & seeing the good in any situation instead of the bad 1st. One thing I always knew for sure I was different, always the positive one who did see outside the box, who did want to live her dreams. Instead of living a life of madness which only I am responsible for creating. 

So now instead of chasing a job I knew I had to build my own businesses. 

I was never 1 to go punch a clock or listen to a boss.  I am the boss! 

So I got out, leave to another state, I started over once again buttt this time It was away from home.  I was more mature & was finally able to find my peace within. 

Life around me was changing because my inner being was happy & felt very satisfied. I had also learned there's enough of everything out here in this world for everyone. It's only a state of mind. Knowing your own conscience being. 

THE GOD & CREATOR you are within yourself.  

Healthy eating & living with a positive mind, attitude & gratitude is the way to goooo.  

I did a lil backslide buttt I am ready to come back with full force. 

Because I do want to love the life I live & being a inspiration & help to others is what makes me happy! 

DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY! 

It will all come to you when you let it.

starting my vocal... read my stories there 🤗

I looked into doing podcasts & different platforms to share my thoughts,  stories,  writings, information.  

I have come across plenty over the years,  buttt as technology & everything is evolving I never found the right 1 that I felt was user friendly & also able to earn a income from it. I found

Vocal a while ago buttt you had to have a laptop to create a account.  Sure I have a laptop buttt I was in the country & my service wasn't great.  Well I guess they upgraded cause you can create straight from your mobile now which is fabulous! 

Fabulous I am was something I created a few years ago buttt as soooo many things,  it just wasn't time yet. At that time I was creating women empowerment groups to meet up & network to empower each other.  

I was also selecting independent women whom I saw to be a inspiration to others & write about them,  their challenges,  their failures & successes. 

Things were going great,  buttt I guess MY

God still had a few things for me to go through before I could get to the next level. 

Life! A few more curve balls thrown in there,  with much more for me to experience to have better knowledge so I can be able to help another. 

I took a seat in the waaaaay back,

I wasn't working towards any of my real goals.  I was allowing them to slip away because of something so stupid & silly,  definitely not anything to give up a future over. I was going through alot & I wasn't happy because I do know WHO I AM & I know WHO'S I AM! 

HE IS I, I AM HIM! I am not 1 to give up! I 

am a dream chaser & getter. I started questioning myself, am I giving up? 

Creating my own lies to talk myself out of it. 

 Welp It's the beginning of a new year 2021

& I stood up to myself & said noooo I will NOT do this anymore! 

I have to do what makes me happy & what makes me happy is making others happy.  

I am building my fabulous I AM back up.

So I'll be looking for y'all to connect & network.

This is how your emotions are cast
There's happy n sad there's good & bad,
There will be great joy even at times you may think you were mad.  
 & precious bliss, even the times you think you've missed.

It might bring you up before it drops you down, speed you up before it slows you down. Take you through a dark twisted tunnel is just a test to see if you crumble. 


& a bit of my roller coaster ride  and how it ended up being a road trip pretty much around the entire United States.  Throughput my travels I enjoyed a bit of 4 different states while traveling around the US. I have went all four seasons of the weather. It was hot, then it was cold, then others were warm & some others were chilly & breezy.  
Drove through snow & ice, with a few inches on the ground & the next was a beautiful sunny day for the beach.  I got to explore various terrains which I had never been through in my 47 yrs here on this earth,  I can say I have been a traveler for as long as I can remember... & I love each passing phase of my journeys.  They weren't ALL good, & weren't ALL bad either.  
Life is what WE make it, I agree with Forrest Gump momma.  
Life is like a box of chocolates,  YOU REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR GONNA GET.  
You cannot have 1 without the other.  
We must have good, with the bad,  as darkness & light.  The sun & the moon.  It's all about how the stars in our great big galaxy align.  
There is always balance and life is gonna happen no matter what.  So it's the way we react to a situation at that specific time which will determine your later days to come.  What matters is how you deal with it,  
We are ALL product of what we have absorbed as children,  & in yrs of growing & learning.  
We are kings & queens,  prince's & princesses. 
God will take us through our trials & tribulations to help us gain knowledge,  wisdom,  & understanding that teaches us how to deal with that situation if it ever comes across our path again.  
There are no rules,  YOUR RULES are the only 1s that apply to you personally.  
Just as there aren't any guarantees in life except to die.  Nothing is permanent 
& everything in this life is ONLY temporary.
